Chhota Rajan has rubbished surrender theories saying that he did not surrender but was arrested by the Bali Police. Claiming there is no threat to his life Rajan confirmed he is scared for his life. 'When the CBI arrives I will tell them about it'. 'I want to go to India, not Zimbabwe'. 'They keep me in shackles here', says Chhota Rajan to India News.
