NewsX: Modi to address workers via tele-conference

NewsX: In a first, BJPs newly elected poll panel chief Narendra Modi will address 1500 party workers in Bihar through tele-conference from Gandhinagar. This will be Modi's first foray into Bihar politics seen as an opportunity for him to settle score with rival Nitish Kumar whose party JD(U) severed ties with BJP over his elevation on June 16.
