Isharat Jahan case: CBI questions IB special director

NewsX: The Ishrat Jahan encounter case coming to haunt the Gujarat Government and chief minister Narendra Modi. The CBI today questioned Intelligence Bureau special director Rajinder Kumar for over three hours in connection with the case. The Gujarat High Court had earlier observed that the CBI should focus on the genuineness of the encounter and not of the IB note. To which the CBI replied that it wasn't going beyond the Court directives.
