NewsX: It seems like this is fast becoming the story of India. 7 people mowed down by a drunk driver. The driver - the son of a rich & powerful industrialist in Chennai, the victims - poor & helpless footpath dwellers. A 13 year old boy died in this rampage but predictably not only has the murderer not been arrested, he also been allowed to flee the country.
