Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will arrive in the national capital on Wednesday to attend the ‘Bihar Samman Sammelan’ as the chief guest. The event is being organised by the Delhi government and Nitish will share the stage with CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal.
