Punjab Militancy Rising?

NewsX: In the CM's Conference meet Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde raised concern over the revival of militancy in Punjab. Over and over again there has been news of the revival of Sikh militancy recent being the attempt to assassinate LT. GEN Kuldeep Singh Brar in London in 2012. LT Brar had commanded Operation Bluestar in 1984. In fact a memorial was erected by a Sikh student organisation in Amritsar dedicating to the separatists whom they prefer to call as 'martyrs' of operation blue star.
