NewsX: In a bizarre incident, a wedding reception turned into a funeral with a person being shot dead even as he was dancing. The incident, took place at Rudrapur in Uttarakhand. It is said that Rudrapur MLA Rajkumar Thakral's spokesperson Uttpal Dixit and the son of a businessman Himanshu got locked in a verbal tiff during the wedding reception. The crowd present there intervened and settled the quarrel, but subsequently Uttpal Dixit returned and shot at Himanshu, killing him on the spot.
