NewsX: The Jet Airways-Etihad deal has raised several eyebrows since it was signed. Whether it was the effect it could have on the National Carrier or the demand that other foreign airlines may now make, it is not deal that has found unanimous support. While the Parliamentary standing committee on civil aviation has attributed the deal coming through mainly due to Civil Aviation largesse of enhancing the seat capacity to 36 thousand 760. But Janata Party President, Subramanian Swamy has come up with a string of allegations against the deal. According to him, the crucial deal pertaining to seats, routes and shares were done in a matter of four days.
