NewsX: Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde, from an extended visit to the US, has returned today. However, he may not have been missed much as not only did the government weather the storm over the Chhattisgarh massacre in his absence, it responded to the crisis by dispatching additional central troops and even carried out a significant overhaul of anti-Maoist strategy.
