NewsX: The note seems to have been signed by the notorious Naxal brigand Gudsa Usendi. While the Maoists have regretted the killing of some "innocent" Congress functionaries, they have condemned PM Manmohan Singh, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and BJP chief Rajnath Singh for calling the incident an attack on democracy. They have also blamed Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh, the Congress and the BJP for their "anti-people policies." Eyewitness says that Naxals had Walkie-Talkies during the attack.
