NewsX: Chennai crime branch is searching for a city-based hotelier after his name emerged as a suspect in the IPL fixing case. Victor's name had also come up during the interrogation by the Chennai police of bookie Uttamlal Jain alias Kitty. Victor had allegedly used a SIM card obtained in his wife's name to keep in touch with the bookie and made around 100 calls to the bookie during each IPL match. Reportedly, he placed a bet of 50 lakh rupees to a crore on each match and also introduced Vindoo to Meiyapan.
