NewsX: Outgoing Comptroller and Auditor General of India Vinod Rai seems to have had the last word on the gigantic figures of money allegedly stolen from Government Coffer in the 2G scam. In an interview to a newspaper he hit out at Kapil Sibal and other Congress ministers who have been advocating a zero-loss theory.
