NewsX: Trouble brewing for the Congress in Andhra Pradesh. With the opposition steeping up its tirade against the ministers charge-sheeted in cases relating to corruption and misuse of power, the Congress is an a piquant situation.

Telugu Desam Party led by N. Chandrababu Naidu has threatened to organise protest rallies in the State if the tainted ministers are not removed. Naidu who has presented a memorandum in this regard to Governor E. S . L Narasimhan is also set to meet President Pranab Mukherjee seeking his intervention.

Two ministers- Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy and Roads and Buildings Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao- have been made accused in the cases involving YSR Congress leader Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Three other ministers have also been under the CBI scanner and were issued notice by the Supreme Court in the same case. With pressure building up, it is said that Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy will be left with no option but to send the tainted ministers packing.
