An RTI has been filed over the appointment of Sushma Swaraj’s husband by the Madhya Pradesh government led by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Activist Ajay Dubey said that Swaraj’s husband and daughter had been appointed by MP government favouring the relations between her and the state. Dubey said that such favouritism is not supported by the citizens of Madhya Pradesh and a transparent process of appointing judges and lawyers should be followed. He further added that if the government does not take cognizance, higher courts shall be approached in the matter.
