NewsX: Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has revealed that she was offered a bribe for a Congress nomination for the Assembly elections. Dikshit said she was shocked and angry when the man tried to give her a plastic bag with currency notes that she mistook for a packet of sweets. Sheila however didn't take any action on him, while regretting that such people go scot free.
