NewsX: Assam minister slaps protester

NewsX: Assam irrigation Minsiter Dr. Ardhendu Kumar Dey has landed into a controversy after he allegedly slapped a protester in Nowgaon. The incident happened when the minsiter was laying the foundation stone of a Higher secondary school. It was right there when a handful of crowd got involved showing black flags at the minister. Instead of placating the raging protestors, the irrigation minister grabbed one of the protester and slapped him.
