Two gangrape guilty punished by panchayat in Faridabad

Two people allegedly gangaraped a minor in a village in Faridabad. The panchayat decided that the guilty will have to pay Rs 50 thousand and also would get five strokes of shoes as their punishment. The girl was in her home, the neighbor came to fetch water, where the minor became the victim of his lust.
