Supreme Court has refused to put a stay on the execution of Devendir Pal Singh Bhullar. Sources say that the death row convict's family fears that he may be executed soon. The family also seems to have gotten a hint that Bhullar is just 2-3 days away from being hanged to death, which explains the timing the review petition. Reacting to it victim MS Bitta said that the only thing in India which he trusts is Supreme Court.
