In an exclusive interview to NewsX, PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti has ruled out supporting Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as the country's Prime Ministerial candidate. However, she was appreciative of other BJP and non-Congress chief ministers who she said were doing equally well on the front of development.
