The arrest of Hizb- ul- Mujahidin terrorist Liyaqat Shah opened pandora's box for Police. Family claimed Liyaqat came to surrender. However, Delhi police maintained he conspired to wage war against India. While NIA is investigating the controversial case, hundreds of youth are languishing in jails facing terror charges.
