Close in the heels of the Thane Building collapse, which claimed over 70 lives, big disgrace to Mumbai cops. A local social worker captured through hidden camera images of several policemen attached to Nehru Nagar police station accepting bribes from residents of a colony in its jurisdiction. The cops had demanded money from whistleblower Kasma Khan's friend for allowing him to renovate a dilapidated structure in the 66-year-old Thakkar Bappa refugee camp.
