'Indian navy not prepared to face Chinese threat'

Dragon has come dangerously close to India. For the first time, the Indian Navy has come up with strong evidence that a Chinese nuclear submarine fleet is making frequent forays into the Indian Ocean. A classified document of the Indian Navy, accessed by News X, reveals Chinese nuclear submarines made 22 contacts with Indian waters last year. This is violation of international waters. Indian Navy says that China's move is aimed at undermining India's edge in the Indian Ocean, control the highly sensitive shipping lanes in Indian Ocean and augment its capability for expeditionary warfare.
