Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickramesinghe has kicked off a storm by asking Indian fishermen to stay on their side of the maritime border otherwise they will be shot at. The remarks came a week ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Sri Lanka.
