At a time when Maharashtra is reeling under drought, the politics is peaking over the issue of water. In the drought hit areas of the state water is selling at 10 to 12 rupees per liter in the black market. At the same time NewsX has the documents that show that the Mumbai civic body is selling water at ridiculously low rates for stadiums and race courses.
