Suspected Hizbul Mujahideen may get released

Suspected Hizbul Mujahideen militant Liyaqat Shah, who was arrested by the Delhi Police, will be released if he is found to have come from Pak occupied Kashmir with the genuine intention of surrendering, union home secretary RK Singh said.
