No matter how many social awareness drives are held, children in India's schools and homes do feel that academic pressures are getting the better of them. The pressure to excel without realistic assessment of the child's capacities and likings can prove detrimental for the child. In one such unfortunate case, a student of a premier school in Faridabad has gone missing and is away from his home for over a week now. While the family is pointing fingers at the school, the case remains unresolved with the Police hard pressed for clues.
