The Italian envoy has claimed diplomatic immunity with his country invoking the clause to cover him in the fugitive marines case. A furious Supreme Court says its order banning the Italian Ambassador from leaving India will continue till April 2, when the case comes up for hearing. "We don't trust the envoy anymore, we did not expect him to behave like this," said the SC about Daniele Mancini, who had assured the court in writing that the marines would return face murder charges.
