Ex-Odisha DGP identifies Raghav Rajan as his son Bitti Mohanty

Ex-Odisha DGP identifies Raghav Rajan as his son Bitihotra bitti. His father identified the photograph of Raghav Rajan who was arrested by the Kerala Police for impersonation and forgery, as his fugitive son. The Kerala police have confirmed this development, they have also cleared the role of his father, saying Bitti's father is innocent. Bitihotra was convicted by a fast track court in Rajasthan and sentenced to seven years rigorous imprisonment for raping a German friend in Alwar in March 2006.
