Anti-rape bill deferred again, referred to GoM

Differences of opinion within the Cabinet have led to the anti-rape bill being deferred again. No consensus on issues such as voyeurism, stalking, age of consent and definition of rape. Punishment for false complaints also emerged as a sticking point in the cabinet meeting. The criminal amendment bill has now been referred to the Group of Ministers.
