The 'Modi wave' is causing ripples in Jammu and Kashmir with the BJP, incredulously, leading in 30 of the total 87 seats in the state. While the National Conference is nowhere close returning to power, the PDP - predicted to emerge as the single largest party - is ahead in 29 seats of the total 84 seats for which trends are available. The Congress is reduced to lead in just 9 seats. Others lead in 5 seats.
