Yogita Thakre case: Court again rejects closure report

A court today rejected the closure report filed by Maharashtra CID in the case related to the death of seven-year-old Yogita Thakre, who was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a car owned by BJP leader Nitin Gadkari in 2009 here. Magistrate Neelima Patil, while rejecting the closure report, directed that the girl's father Ashok Dadarao Thakre and other witnesses be examined by CID as witnesses again.
