Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has become the first Congress CM to directly take on BJP's poster boy Narendra Modi. Hooda said that Modi has managed to create a hype about Gujarat but facts differ. Congress ruled states are better off than Gujarat in more than one ways. Hooda's comment comes a few months after Modi had ridiculed Haryana.
