Arun Jaitley phone tapping case: Two private detectives arrested

Four people have been arrested by the Delhi Police for trying to access the cellphone records of BJP leader Arun Jaitley. The first arrest over the weekend was of a Delhi constable named Arvind Dabas; after that, three private detectives have been arrested.
