Supreme Court said that those companies which didn't participate in the 2G auction will have to close the operations forthwith. All spectrums which were cancelled must be auctioned except 900 MHz which was not a part of the SC order. All licensees who continued operations after 2nd February, 2012 will have to pay the reserve price. Those who didn't participate and those who were unsuccessful bidders in the first round will close the operations forthwith. Apparantly, Etisalat DB, Loop Telecom, S Tel and had boycotted the auctions.
