Delhi's return to brutality; sex crime horror continues

The landmark anti-rape ordinance promulgated two weeks ago, that laid down stringent punishment for sex crimes has managed to do precious little in terms of acting as a deterrent. Another brutality shocker similar to the attack on Damini in December took place in the capital on Monday evening, which just calls for new paradigms in the approach to the issue.
