Budget 2013: Chidambaram's 'tax the rich, help the poor' policy

The govt has been advised to tax the rich more and to make good its losses through the earnings of the high net worth Individuals. Union Finance Minister P. Chidambaram's controversial proposal could erode anywhere between 40-50 percent of the High Net worth Individuals' wealth. Here's a report by Ganesh Kanate.
