The Delhi police has also summoned Raj Thackeray to Delhi in connection with the four cases pertaining to his hate speeches. The apex court on Jan 2010 transferred the cases against the MNS chief in Bihar and Jharkhand for his alleged hate speeches to the Tis Hazari court. Meanwhile, the MNS chief who was summoned by Battis Shirala Court was granted bail on a surety of Rs.15,000. He was summoned in connection with a hate speech against Biharis.
