The Supreme Court on Thursday said it is not against a minority government in Delhi and left the decision to form the next government to Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung.Commending Jung's "positive move" towards resolving the Delhi deadlock, the apex court said the all-party meeting called by him is "a step in the right.
