BJP Karnataka crisis: 13 BSY loyalists quit

Thirteen Karnataka BJP MLAs, loyal to former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa, on Tuesday submitted their resignations to assembly Speaker KG Bopaiah. The MLAs are close to former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and are now expected to join his Karnataka Janata Party.
Supreme Court has dismissed plea seeking shifting of trial in Delhi gangrape case to a place outside the national capital. The Juvenile Justice Board, yesterday, has ruled one of the accused in the Delhi bus gangrape case to be a minor. Accepting the date of birth as mentioned in his school records, the board Monday ruled that the accused, who was reportedly the most brutal of those who fatally attacked the woman, was 17 years, six months and 11 days old at the time of the crime.
