PM, Sonia want Rahul Gandhi to lead Congress: Gehlot

Rahul Gandhi is set to be assigned a much bigger role in the Congress, it is clear that the Congress is now putting in place it's top leadership structure in the run-up to 2014. Sources have told NewsX that after an extended meeting of the Congress Working Committee, at around 7:30 PM the Congress is likely to declare Rahul as the working president of the party. Sources also indicate that Rahul's youth brigade will be given 30% reservation in the 2014 general election.
