SC to hear khap panchayats view over honour killings plea

Uttar Pradesh's Khap panchayats will be opposing the same-gotra marriages in the Supreme Court today. The court had asked them to submit their views, before it issued any order to stop them from harassing and killing couples in the name of family honour.
