Another Supreme Court judge on Friday recused himself from hearing a plea filed by Sai trust after Justice AR Dave had disqualified himself from the case.

Justice SA Bobade recused himself from the case but he didn’t cite the reason behind his decision.

A Supreme Court judge, AR Dave, had already recused himself from hearing while citing that he is a member in one of the trust and said that other bench of the apex court will take up the matter.

The plea also sought that media should be restricted from carrying out negative story on Sai Baba and Sai idols who were removed after Dharam Sansad diktat while adding tha the idols must be placed once again in temples.
