Delhi police has refuted the gangrape victim's friends revelation that nearly two hours had lapsed before they were taken to the hospital after being dumped on the road by the accused. Police claim that PCR had recorded the call at 10.22 PM. Subsequently, PCR vans and Z-54 were directed to the spot. Meanwhile, PCR van E-42 reached spot on it own at 10.26 that is within four minutes after the call came. Van z-54 reached the spot at 10.28 that is 5.5 minutes after the call and it immediately left the spot with the victims.
