Four people are reportedly dead after consuming illicit liquor in Madhubani district in Bihar. However, the families of the dead are terming it a case of deaths due to cold to avoid the police trouble. However, the locals say they died of illicit liquor consumption. They also mention that the business of illicit liquor has been thriving there for long. The residents say that they have lodged several complaints against this, but police hasn't taken any action so far.
