Delhi: Girl molested by drunk bus conductor - NewsX

The molestation of a 16-year-old girl by a drunk bus conductor has tuned out to be a case of the girl being trapped not only in the street but also at home. The Delhi police today arrested the girl's brother based on her complaint that he was constantly molesting her, forcing her to leave home. The girl's statement is expected to be recorded by a court today. Meanwhile, the Delhi Transport Ministry has removed the driver and conductor of the bus on which the off-duty conductor Ranjit molested the girl. However, Delhi police has been drawn for severe criticism for merely arresting the bus conductor who molested the girl and not the driver and conductor of the bus who turned a blind eye to the minor girl's plight.
