The girl was kidnapped on December 6 by two men, repeatedly raped in moving car and then thrown onto the road. She and her family had been trying to file an FIR in the matter for the last three weeks. But the police in Dholka where the rape occurred didn't take any action. The distraught minor is believed to have killed herself by drinking a glassful of pesticide this morning. She is being treated and is on a ventilator but her condition remains extremely critical.
