EC to announce Maharashtra, Haryana Assembly poll dates today

The Election Commission of India will on Friday announce the schedule of upcoming Assembly Elections in Maharashtra and Haryana.The EC will hold a press conference at 4:30 pm and make the announcement.According to reports, the poll could take place in Haryana and Maharashtra in mid-October.The term of the Haryana Assembly expires on October 27 and of the Maharashtra Assembly on November 08.
