Gujarat: Flag march ahead of Ph 2 polls - NewsX

Ahead of the second and final phase of polling in Gujarat, Central Industrial Security Force personnel staged a flag march in Godhra. The flag march was a precautionary measure seeing as Godhra formed the core of the events of the 27th of February, 2002, when a coach of the Sabarmathi express carrying Hindu Karsevaks returning from Ayodhya was set afire at the town's railway station killing 59 people.
