The hearing on the bail pleas of Zee group editors, accused of attempting to extort Rs 100 crore from a firm of Congress MP Naveen Jindal comes up in a Delhi Court today. The two editors were on November 30 remanded to 14 days' judicial custody till December 14. A Delhi court on Monday December 10th sent the two Zee journalists to judicial custody till Dec 22. Today's hearing will decide whether the accused editors remain in custody or are granted bail.
