For 2012-2013 it was a 17 percent increase, for 2011-2012 it was a 12 percent increase, in 2010-2011 defence spending was increased only by 4 percent, For 2009-2010 defence spending was hiked by a massive 34 percent. And in 2008-2009 it was increased by 10 percent.
